轻触开关应用范围和性能参数

轻触开关：

轻触开关又叫按键开关,英文名称：TOUCH SWITCH、TCAT SWITCH.
一般以它的外形尺寸来称呼：如6*6*5,就是它的长、宽、高.
属于电子开关的一种，与家用的墙壁开关是有其别的.
其别在于应用领域的不同和本身的结构作用也是不同的，所以叫电子开关.
分为：按动式和表面装贴触控式.
两种的其别在于体积的和焊接形式的不同，按动式主要是插件式体积较大开关；
表面装贴触控式主要是贴片超薄型.

轻触开关的结构：

轻触开关是由塑胶底座、五金端子、五金弹片、五金盖板、塑胶按柄、簧片、PI薄膜组成.



轻触开关是由按动柄向弹片施压使弹片和炮点接触行程导通的.故轻触开关可以分为三种种形式存在，一种是
常开型，一种是常闭型，一种是双动作型.
开关的脚位也有三种：一种是两脚开关、三脚开关、四脚开关、五脚开关.

按键柄的高度是可以根据可以要求定制的,贴片薄型一般表面是没有按键柄,被薄膜盖住了,原理是一样的.
插件式的柄高有1.0、1.5、2.5、3.5-28mm高,根据客户产品需求来定制的.
它的结构内部结构有两种,一种是无声、一种是有声,市场通用型的是有声的,有“滴答”清脆声
它的按键力度有很多种：70gf、90gf、120gf、160gf、180gf、200gf、250gf、300gf、400gf等客制化力度.
它的是按键力度选择是根据不同的产品来选择力度的,例如鼠标产品、儿童产品、医疗产品、智能家居产品一般使用轻力度
,家电用电器、汽车、空气净化器、运动器材一般使用重力度.根据产品的市场需求来定位的.
它的按键力度和轻触开关的机械寿命是有很大的联系,力度越轻寿命就可以做得越高.
它的寿命有：3W-5W、5W-8W、8W-10W、10W、20W、30W、50W、100W次寿命.
它的寿命高低和开关的弹片选择上面有很大关系,国产弹片寿命在3W-5W、5W-8W；韩国进口弹片寿命8W-10W；日本
进口三元弹片10W、20W、30W、50W、100W次寿命.

柄高有：3.8、4.3、5、6、7.5-28mm不等,根据客户产品结构要求来定制.



贴片式轻触开关的外观图如下：
贴片的规格尺寸有：贴片3*2系列、贴片2*3系列、贴片3*3系列、贴片3.3*3.3系列、贴片4*4系列、

贴片的柄有一部分是根据产品的特性来定制的,有固定高度,有一份是可以根据客户的要求来定制的.
贴片因为它的体积比较小,固定有一定的结构要求,所以就了带定位和不带定位柱两种.根据自己要求

沉板因为它的体积比较小,固定有一定的结构要求,所以就了带定位和不带定位柱两种.根据自己要求

防尘防水轻触开关的外观如下：
防水的规格尺寸有：防尘防水4*4系列、防尘防水3*2系列、防尘防水6*6系列、防尘防水6.2*6.2系列、
防尘防水8*8系列、防尘防水8.5*8.5系列、防尘防水12*12系列.
防尘防水有分为插件式和贴片式；
防尘防水的柄有一部分是根据产品的特性来定制的,有固定高度,有一份是可以根据客户的要求来定制的.
防尘防水的防水等级有：IP58、IP67、IP68，防水轻触开关是密封性轻触开关，所以都是防尘.
防尘防水的测试方式：主要是气密性测试和电气性能测试.

寿命测试方法：

寿命测试条件：一般寿命测试的力度是产品本身的力度的两倍来测试的，如：160g 测试条件是就320-350g来测试.

6.2.4. (1) Following the soldering process,do not try to clean the switch with a solvent or the like.
进行焊接过程中，不可以用溶剂或类似品清洗开关
(2) Safeguard the switch assembly against flux penetration from its topside.
防止助焊剂从开关的顶端渗入
(3) Please have the products keep in close status and the storage time is 90 days guaranty after
    delivering the goods at most.
交货后保证开关处于封密状态并库存时间90天以上
